Get in Touch
Contact us to set up an appointment at one of our New Home Centers or online. We’ll make sure you have exclusive time to chat with a New Home Specialist and find the home of your dreams in one of our beautiful communities. Visit the New Home Center near you.

Secure Financing
We work with lenders of all shapes and sizes to ensure you can use the lender that best suits your needs. To help give you a place to start, we partner with Flat Branch Home Loans. They have taken care of hundreds of Schuber Mitchell homeowners since the beginning of our partnership.

Select Your Floor Plan
Our innovative product design team works hard to make sure whatever your needs – we have a floor plan to fit them. With 25 Plan Families and over 70 different front elevations, we can’t wait to see what you decide! Check out our Floor Plans.

Design Meeting
This is where you get to make your house feel like home! In this meeting, you’ll select and finalize the interior and exterior options for your home. This will include colors and styles for items such as brick, granite, tile and more!

Agreement Day
All that’s left to secure your home is signing on the dotted line! Our staff will walk you through your purchase agreement and answer any questions you have about your new home.

Construction Overview

Frame Tour
Providing transparency about how we build your home is important to us – we want you to feel confident in your home and how it was built. At your frame tour, your Experience Specialist will walk you through your home and show you exactly what is behind your walls.

Orientation
The orientation occurs within one week of closing and is a final opportunity to review your home’s warranties and features. Your Experience Specialist will also discuss things you should do to maintain your home after you move in and confirm details for your closing.

Walk-Through
The finishing phase is one of the most exciting steps in the entire home building process. You’ll see many of the selections you made come to life. Once your new home is complete – we’ll take you on a final walk-through.
